Our sizes are pretty accurate with US store sizing. If you are unsure of the size, we recommend ordering a size up--its better they are bigger than smaller. If your little one is wearing 18 month clothing we would suggest size 1-2 Years. If your little one is wearing 4T clothing we would suggest 4-5 years
