Our sizes are true to size. If you are unsure of the size, we recommend ordering a size up. We always say it's better they are bigger than smaller, that way they can always grow into it. If your little one is wearing 18 month clothing we would suggest size 1-2 Years. If your little one is wearing 4T clothing we would suggest 4-5 years
