Items usually ship within 24 hours (during weekdays) once your order processes (can be longer) We try our hardest to ship orders quickly. Always be sure to read the listing because it gives an estimate when your order will ship
Shipping time frames can change at any time depending on order volume, stock, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays with the postal service.
Once an order has shipped we are not responsible for lost/damaged items or packages that are delivered to the wrong address.
Lilly Bow Peep is not responsible for damaged items caused by the postal service. If you would like to purchase postal insurance please message me before you place your order to confirm that I can set you up a listing for insurance before you order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time or to change any of our policies at any time. We are also not responsible for lost/stolen/delayed packages. Please always wash items before wearing. We suggest hand washing and laying flat to dry.
Lilly Bow Peep is not responsible for items that are damaged due to being worn and/or washed. Headbands/Bows cannot be washed. Please email support within 1-2 days upon receiving your order if anything is wrong with it.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Our shop hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. We are closed on U.S. Holidays & Weekends. We try to answer emails within 1-3 business days, however it could take longer depending upon order volume.
Lilly Bow Peep items may contain small parts, which can pose a chocking hazard. Please take caution and never leave children unattended or allow your child to sleep while using my products. Always supervise while wearing our items.
By making a purchase from Lilly Bow Peep, you are agreeing to all of our shop policies.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds, Exchanges & Canceling Orders are currently not available. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If an error occurs on our part, I will work with you to try and find a solution if we make an error. If we decide to accept a return there is a 40% restocking fee. Shipping is never refunded. If you paid a certain shipping cost but want to return the order/item and it cost us more than what you paid for shipping, then the extra costs will be deducted from what you paid for the item. Holiday items are FINAL SALE!
In order for a package/item to be sent back, we must agree upon an exchange and/or shop credit. Then the package must be sent back to us within 2 days upon agreement and be post marked within 2 days the agreement. The package must be unopened and not damage and in it's orininal wrapping and fee of oders. We can only issue an exchange/shop credit once the package has been delivered back to us in the original wrapping. If the package is not post marked within 2 days and/or the package has been opened then a refund cannot be issued and you will be responsible for the costs to ship the package back to you. If you don't respond we will refund the order minus the 40% restocking free and shipping costs. If you paid $4.99 for shipping but we had to pay $5.99 for shipping we will take the remaining shipping costs off the order. If you receive an item, and it does not fit, and we do decide upon an exchange/shop credit in size/style, we are not responsible if the item(s) does not reach you in time for the holiday. If your order has not been processed/shipped we may be able to offer a refund/cancellation. At this time we cannot refund cash we offer shop credit only.
Damaged/Missing Items
If an item is missing/damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at lillybowpeepinfo@gmail.com. In your email please include photos of the front AND back of the bag that your order was shipped to you in, a photo of the included invoice, photos of what you did receive (and also if the item is damaged we will need photos of the damaged item). Please also include your order # and a description of what is wrong with your order. We have a unique process where 2 people look over all items and count all items before they are placed in the bag and sealed. Because of this process it ensures that items are not damaged or missing. If is determined that your item is damaged/missing upon arrival, then a new item will be sent to replace it. If we don't have materials in stock we can send a different item of the same value if we agree upon that or a refund will be issued.
Giveaways
Giveaway Winners will be posted/announced on our website or social media sites. 18 years of age and older. U.S. residents only. Facebook is in no way associated or sponsors giveaways. Tagging/sharing/liking/commenting is not required to win. Please claim your prize within 24 hours upon the winner being posted. After 24 hours the post will be removed. Please contact us at lillybowpeepinfo@gmail.com to claim your prize. In the subject line please write "GIVEAWAY WINNER". Please email us letting us know which giveaway you won, the size item you need and your home address. By claiming a prize you are agreeing that you are the named person, you are 18 years of age or older and you are in the U.S.
